Lesley Ann Brandt and Maria Bartiromo
Lesley Ann Brandt, born on December 2, 1981 is an actor and model who has been featured in a variety of TV series as well as films. Brandt made her American debut on Spartacus: Blood and Sand, a period drama. She began her acting career as a New Zealander in the show Diplomatic Immunity. The actress has appeared in numerous TV series in the past decade. This includes Spartacus: Gods of the Arena CSI: NY Single Ladies The Librarians. Since 2016 Brandt is playing the character of Mazikeen in the urban fantasy series Lucifer starring Tom Ellis Lauren German and Kevin Alejandro. Brandt was born and lived in Cape Town South Africa and then moved into Auckland New Zealand with her family when she was in her teens. The actress began her career as a model by appearing in print advertisements and commercials. Her meteoric rise as a supermodel began when she was working in retail and information technology recruiting. She was Leilani who was a native of New Zealand in the sitcom Diplomatic Immunity in 2009. Her debut appearance came on Spartacus Blood and Sand in 2021. She performed the role of Naevia as a slave on that show. As well, she has played the character Naevia in the prequel Miniseries Spartacus Gods of the Arena. She co-starred with the actor Craig Parker in three different TV shows: Diplomatic Immunity (2009) Spartacus (2010) and Legend of the Seeker (2008). She began playing Mazikeen the demon that is a bounty hunter in Netflix's hit show Lucifer. The character she played on Lucifer is her most famous role up to now. She co-stars in the show with Tom Ellis Lauren Germany Kevin Alejandro, and D. B. Woodside.
